Biography

SIERRA FOX is the Programming Director for Mischief Management and leads the team that produces the panels, lectures, performances, and more at BroadwayCon, LeakyCon, and AlienCon. Sierra has also been the Assistant to the Author / Editorial Coordinator for Jennifer Ashley Tepper’s The Untold Stories of Broadway, Volumes 1-3.

She is a 2015 graduate of Fordham University at Lincoln Center, where she earned a BA in Communication and Media Studies (Journalism concentration) with a minor in Theatre. She is a native of Bucks County, Pennsylvania, home of the farm where Oscar Hammerstein II taught Stephen Sondheim to be, well, Stephen Sondheim.

Sierra has worked on Broadway as an intern at the Lyric Theatre during the opening of the 2014 revival of On The Town and as a production assistant on the musical Once. Her other New York theatre credits include concerts at 54 Below and the New York Public Library for the Performing Arts, plus work at the New York Musical Festival, the York Theatre Company, and BroadwayWorld.com.

Her first foray into producing, Another Opening, Another Robe, was her senior thesis and played the Laurie Beechman Theatre on March 30, 2015.

Sierra’s interests include musical theatre history and inclusion/diversity both onstage and behind the scenes. She is about as obsessed with the Sondheim/Prince collaboration as one can get and thinks that Ruth Mitchell doesn’t get enough recognition. She currently lives in Manhattan, 95 blocks from Harry Potter and the Cursed Child.
